Set your time zone
Make sure Juney knows your local time, since your hours, voicemail schedule and booking times all depend on it.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Time zone.
- Search for your city, country or offset (for example "Brisbane" or "GMT+10"), or pick from Your iPhone (your phone's own time zone), Suggested or All time zones.
Tapping a time zone saves it immediately and closes the picker — there's no separate save step. You'll see a confirmation: "Time zone set to city." If you haven't set one yet, the row shows "Not set."
Good to know
- Juney uses your time zone for three things: matching your business hours, running any voicemail schedule (Who answers), and booking jobs at the right local time.
- If your time zone is wrong, your business hours will be wrong too, even if the hours themselves are correct.
- Set this before switching on a schedule for Who answers — without a saved time zone, Juney can't apply one and answers every call as normal instead.
