Delete your account
Permanently delete your Juney account, your number and everything in it. This can't be undone.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account (shown in red).
- You'll see Delete your account: "This removes Juney, your number, your call history and your recordings — permanently. Forwarding comes off first, or calls to your business number would go nowhere."
- Under Take your calls back first, tap Switch forwarding off. This opens the same switching-off screen as Take a break from Juney — follow the steps for your phone, then tap I've switched it off. Once done, this box shows "Forwarding's off."
- Tick I understand this can't be undone.
- Tap Delete my account. This button stays greyed out until both step 4 and step 5 are done.
What happens next
Your account is deleted immediately — there's no grace period and nothing can bring it back. This removes: Juney and your Juney number, your call history and every recording, your saved business details, your Google Calendar connection (disconnected from Google itself, not just from Juney), your forwarding-check history and your blocked-number list. If you signed up with Apple, that sign-in grant is revoked too. You're then signed out and returned to the welcome screen, the same as logging out.
If it fails
You'll see "Couldn't delete your account. Check your connection and try again." (or, occasionally, a more specific message from the server). Nothing is deleted until it succeeds — try again once you're back online.
You can back out at any point before tapping Delete my account by tapping Keep my account.
