Comparison
Juney vs Dialzara: price, features and who each one suits
Dialzara is an AI receptionist set up in a web dashboard and billed per minute, from $29 a month for 60 minutes, with four plans that add calendar sync, warm transfers and Spanish as the price goes up. Juney is an AI answering service (an AI receptionist) that you set up and run in a phone app, also billed per minute: $49 a month for 150 minutes, with booking and transfers on its one plan.
The short answer: pick Dialzara if you take fewer than about 50 short calls a month and only need messages taken, or you need Outlook, Spanish or to port your number. Pick Juney if you want booking included and take more calls than that, or you'd rather run it from your phone.

US dollars a month, as of October 22, 2026. Calls average 2 minutes and each bill uses the cheapest plan for that month, before tax and carrier charges. A note under a price means that plan doesn't both book and put callers through.
Which should you pick?
Pick Dialzara if…
- You take fewer than about 50 short calls a month and don't need booking. Dialzara's $29 plan covers 60 minutes and takes messages and blind transfers; at 50 two-minute calls it's $48.20 against Juney's $49.
- You book in Outlook, or callers speak Spanish. Dialzara syncs Google or Outlook calendars and answers in English and Spanish from its $99 plan; Juney books into Google Calendar only and speaks English only.
- You'd rather port your number or have someone else build the setup. Dialzara can port your number, includes an initial prompt setup on its Elite plan, and sells a done-for-you service from $1,500 a month.
Pick Juney if…
- You want booking without paying for a bigger plan. Juney books into Google Calendar on its $49 plan; Dialzara's calendar sync starts at $99. At 75 two-minute calls that's $49 against $99.
- Your volume goes up and down. Past the allowance Juney sells top-ups of 100 minutes for $20; Dialzara charges 48¢ a minute on its entry plan and 45¢ on its $99 plan. At 150 calls Juney is $89 and Dialzara $135.
- You'll set it up and run it from your phone. Dialzara has no app on either store; Juney has no web dashboard, and you don't write or edit a prompt: setup is guided step by step and includes a test call before any customer reaches her.
- You want to take the calls you can. Ring me first rings you in the Juney app for about 15 seconds before she answers, and calls you pick up don't use minutes.
How do Juney and Dialzara differ?
Both bill per minute, so the differences are in what each plan includes, what happens when minutes run out, and how you set it up. Both answer around the clock, take messages, send call summaries and put callers through.
One plan against four
Dialzara's plans step up in price and features:
- Business Lite, $29: 60 minutes, message taking and blind transfers, with integrations through Zapier or Make. No calendar sync, no warm transfers, no Spanish and no after-hours rules.
- Business Pro, $99: 220 minutes, and adds Google or Outlook calendar sync, warm transfers, after-hours rules and English and Spanish.
- Business Plus, $199, and Elite, $349: 500 and 1,000 minutes, with multi-location setups; Elite includes an initial prompt setup.
Juney has one plan with everything on it: 150 minutes, Google Calendar booking, transfers and every setting, for $49. So the fair comparison for an owner who books jobs by phone is Juney's $49 against Dialzara's $99.
What happens when the minutes run out
Dialzara counts live talk time to the second. It emails you when 15 minutes are left; then you switch on auto-recharge or buy extra minutes, at 48¢ a minute on Lite down to 35¢ on Elite. Minutes you buy don't expire. Its pricing page says that if you hit zero without topping up, callers go straight to voicemail.
Juney sells top-ups too: past 150 minutes you buy them in the app, $20 for 100 minutes, and they don't expire. If you run out without one, Juney stops answering until you top up or your minutes renew. Calls you answer yourself, and calls from numbers you've blocked, don't use minutes.
A prompt in a dashboard against a guided setup on your phone
Dialzara is set up in a web dashboard. On its first three plans you edit the AI's prompt yourself and upload knowledge base files; Elite adds a setup done for you, and most customers go live the same day, it says. Juney is set up in the app: she reads your website, you check what she learned, choose what she does for each kind of call, call her yourself to hear her, then follow on-screen steps to forward your calls.
Numbers, calendars and languages
Dialzara gives you a US local or toll-free number, with UK, Australian and New Zealand numbers on request, and you can forward or port your existing number. Juney works with the number you already have, in the US, UK, Australia and Canada: calls are forwarded and nothing is ported. Dialzara answers in English and Spanish from $99; Juney speaks English, with an American, British or Australian voice.
How do the bills add up?
At 30 two-minute calls Dialzara is cheaper: $29 on Lite, which covers exactly 60 minutes, against Juney's $49. They cross at about 50 calls. At 75 calls Lite comes to $72.20 (90 extra minutes at 48¢), still without booking; with calendar sync you need Pro at $99. Juney stays at $49. At 150 calls Dialzara's Pro plan is $135 (80 extra minutes at 45¢) and Juney $89.
The table above uses the cheapest plan for each month, so Dialzara's figures at 30 and 75 calls are for a plan that doesn't book. AI Answering Service Pricing Compared runs the same volumes across 11 services.
How do you switch from Dialzara to Juney?
- Run the two side by side first. Dialzara keeps answering while you set up Juney's 7-day free trial, which comes with 50 minutes, so callers notice nothing until you move your forwarding.
- Set Juney up in the app. Link your website, check her answers, set what she does for urgent jobs and bookings, and call her yourself to hear it.
- Check where your number lives. If you forward your number to Dialzara, follow the app's steps to forward it to Juney instead. If you ported your number to Dialzara, move it back to a phone carrier first, because Juney works by forwarding and doesn't port.
- Read the first week of call notes. Every call comes back as a summary and transcript, so anything she got wrong is quick to correct.
- Cancel Dialzara. Its plans have no contract and can be canceled anytime.
