Emergencies
Tell Juney the words that mean it can’t wait, like “sparks”. She asks your questions, rings the number you choose, says who’s calling and connects them.
Want the 10 PM and 7 PM calls handled? Keep Juney answering around the clock. Business hours only? Then callers get your voicemail.

What she does
Callers who say “sparks”, “burning smell” or “no power” are asked whether anyone’s hurt, then put through.
Which outlets are dead or which breaker keeps tripping, with the name, number and address, in a summary on your phone.
With Google Calendar connected, she books EV charger, panel upgrade and rewire quotes into a free slot.
Callers hear your service call fee and fixed prices, like a ceiling fan install. Anything unpriced, she says you’ll confirm.

Download JuneyYou tell her. Add an emergency scenario with the words callers use, like “sparks” or “burning smell”. She rings a second phone or whoever’s on call, not the number forwarded to Juney, says who’s calling and connects them. No answer in 20 seconds? She takes a message. She gives no safety advice of her own: write it into the scenario.
If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.
Only if you’ve set a price. She doesn’t estimate a job, so for an EV charger, panel upgrade or rewire she books a quote visit into your Google Calendar or takes the details for you to call back.
Juney isn’t free, but you can try it for 7 days with 50 answering minutes, then it’s $49 USD a month. It works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.
Juney costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year paid upfront. All prices are in US dollars. Annual gets you 2 months free: twelve months for the price of 10. Both plans include 150 minutes each month, about 75 calls depending on call length, and the same features. Extra minutes are top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, and top-up minutes don’t expire. You start with a 7-day free trial that includes 50 answering minutes.
Yes. Keep your current number and provider, and forward your calls to Juney. Nothing is ported or moved. Setup varies by carrier, and the app shows you the steps for yours.
