What she does
A caller with “no heat” or “water leaking from the unit” is asked whether the system’s completely off, then put through.
What the thermostat shows and how old the system is, plus the name, number and address, in a summary on your phone.
Connect Google Calendar and she books furnace and AC tune-ups and replacement quotes into a free slot.
Add your diagnostic fee and tune-up price and she tells callers. Leave one blank and she says you’ll confirm it.

She rings a second phone or whoever’s on call, not the number forwarded to Juney, says who’s calling and connects them. No answer in 20 seconds? She takes a message. For a gas smell, write in what she tells callers, like to leave the house and call the gas company.
If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.
No. She tells callers the prices you give her, like your diagnostic fee, and doesn’t estimate a repair or replacement. With no price set, she says you’ll confirm it, or books the quote visit.
