What she does
A client saying “rain’s coming in”, or a sub saying “we can’t get in”? She asks which job, then puts them through.
Remodel and addition walk-throughs go into a free slot on your Google Calendar, and the caller gets an invite.
With a scenario for suppliers and salespeople, she takes their name, company and number for you to read after work.
Add what you charge for an estimate visit, or that it’s free, and she tells callers. She won’t price a remodel herself.

Download JuneyYou tell her. Add an urgent scenario with the words clients, subs and suppliers use, like “water’s coming in” or “the truck’s here”. She rings a second phone or whoever’s on call, not the number forwarded to Juney, says who’s calling and connects them. No answer in 20 seconds? She takes a message.
If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.
Only what you give her: your estimate visit fee, or that estimates are free, and any rates you’re happy to share. She doesn’t price a job herself: with no price set, she says you’ll confirm it.
Juney isn’t free, but you can try it for 7 days with 50 answering minutes, then it’s $49 USD a month. It works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.
Juney costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year paid upfront. All prices are in US dollars. Annual gets you 2 months free: twelve months for the price of 10. Both plans include 150 minutes each month, about 75 calls depending on call length, and the same features. Extra minutes are top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, and top-up minutes don’t expire. You start with a 7-day free trial that includes 50 answering minutes.
Yes. Keep your current number and provider, and forward your calls to Juney. Nothing is ported or moved. Setup varies by carrier, and the app shows you the steps for yours.
