What she does
What Juney does
for clinics and wellness.
The message waits for you
Running late, a question, a new enquiry. She takes it down and sends you a summary, so you read it between clients.
Moves and cancels bookings
Callers can change or cancel an appointment she booked, and Juney updates your Google Calendar.
New clients booked in
She checks when you’re free, books the first appointment and emails the caller a calendar invite.
Keep no transcripts
Turn on “Don’t keep transcripts or recordings” and each call’s transcript is cleared when it ends. You still get her written summary.

She isn’t a clinician. She sticks to what you’ve told her and what’s on your website, such as services, prices and hours, and takes a message for anything else.
