What she does
When a caller says “burst pipe” or “sewage”, she asks your questions, like whether the water’s off, then puts them through.
Name, number, address and what’s wrong, like which drain is blocked, in a summary on your phone.
With Google Calendar connected, she books water heater quotes and drain visits into a free slot.
Add your service call fee and she tells callers. No price set, and she says you’ll confirm it.

Download JuneyYou tell her. Add an emergency scenario with the words your callers use, like “burst pipe” or “sewage”, and the number to ring: a second phone or whoever’s on call, not the one you forward to Juney. She tells whoever answers who’s calling, then connects them. If nobody takes it within 20 seconds, she takes a message.
If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.
Only the ones you give her, like your service call fee. She doesn’t estimate a job: with no price set, she says you’ll confirm it.
Juney isn’t free, but you can try it for 7 days with 50 answering minutes, then it’s $49 USD a month. It works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.
Juney costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year paid upfront. All prices are in US dollars. Annual gets you 2 months free: twelve months for the price of 10. Both plans include 150 minutes each month, about 75 calls depending on call length, and the same features. Extra minutes are top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, and top-up minutes don’t expire. You start with a 7-day free trial that includes 50 answering minutes.
Yes. Keep your current number and provider, and forward your calls to Juney. Nothing is ported or moved. Setup varies by carrier, and the app shows you the steps for yours.
