Both plans answer every call. Juney Pro adds calendar booking, putting calls through and a few more things. For the full side-by-side list, see the pricing page.
| Juney Starter | Juney Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $49 a month, or $490 a year | $99 a month, or $990 a year |
| Minutes a month | 200 | 800 |
| Free trial | None | 7 days free, with 50 minutes |
Prices are in US dollars. The app shows your own price, in your currency, before you pay. A yearly plan still gives you your minutes every month.
On both plans
- Answers every call, with your greeting, voice, answers and scenarios
- Rings you first, if you choose Ring me first
- Sends your booking link by text while the caller is on the call
- Follow-up text after calls
- A note after every call, voicemail and after hours, blocked numbers, Excluded contacts, Smart spam detection and Chat
Only on Juney Pro
- Books into your calendar: she checks you're free and books the job into your calendar.
- Puts urgent calls through: she puts urgent calls through to the number you choose.
- Remembers your regulars (Caller memory): she remembers what your regulars called about, so they don't have to explain it again.
- HIPAA mode: calls aren't recorded, and no transcript or summary is kept. You'll still see who called and when.
- Priority support: your emails to us go to the front of the queue.
On a new Juney Starter plan, these stay in the app, grayed out with a crown and a Pro pill. Tap one to see what it does, with Switch to Pro and See all plans. Instead of booking, she texts your booking link if you've saved one. Instead of putting a caller through, she takes a message.
Had Juney before Starter and Pro? If you were already on the plan from before the two plans, you keep every feature you had, including the ones now on Pro, with no locks, on Starter's 200 minutes a month. That stays while your plan carries on. If you move to Pro and later back to Starter, or your plan ends and you come back, Starter's locks apply.
The free trial
Only Juney Pro has a free trial: 7 days free, with 50 minutes, if you haven't had it before on your Apple ID or Google account. Cancel before the 7 days are up and you won't be charged. After that, your plan starts and the App Store or Google Play charges you. Juney Starter has no free trial: you pay from the day you start.
Minutes and top-ups
Calls Juney answers use your minutes. Calls you pick up yourself with Ring me first, blocked numbers and calls she ends as spam don't. To see how many you have left, tap Juney on the Home tab.
Need more? In Settings, tap Plan & billing, then Top up (or Add 100 minutes, once you've run out on Starter) to add 100 minutes for $20 (US dollars), on either plan. Top-up minutes never expire, and your plan's minutes are used first. There's no automatic top-up: if you run out, Juney stops answering until you top up or your minutes reset.
Switch plans
In Settings, tap Plan & billing, then See all plans.
- Moving up to Pro starts straight away.
- Moving down to Starter starts when your plan renews, or when your trial ends. Pro stays on until then.
How you pay, and cancelling
You pay through the App Store on iPhone, or Google Play on Android. There's no separate bill from us.
To cancel, go to Settings → Plan & billing and tap Cancel plan. Juney walks you through it, including switching call forwarding off, then opens your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, where you cancel. You can also cancel there yourself, in your phone's subscription settings. Juney keeps answering until the end of the time you've paid for.
