Record your calls

Turn call recording on or off, so you can play calls back.

Recording is off unless you turn it on.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under Calls, tap Call recording & consent.
  3. Turn Record calls on or off.
  4. Tap Done.

With it on, every call is recorded, and you can play it back from the call in the Calls tab. You'll see "Calls are recorded from now on". With it off, calls aren't recorded, so there's nothing to play back, and you'll see "Recording is off".

It applies to calls from the moment you change it. If saving fails, you'll see "Couldn't save. Try again."

Tell your callers

Juney doesn't announce that calls are recorded. In some places the law requires callers to be told. If that applies to you, put it in your greeting. See Set your greeting.
