Set your greeting

1. Open the Juney tab.
2. Under When she answers, tap Why they're calling.
3. Under 1 · She picks up, tap Greeting.
4. Type your greeting, word for word, exactly how you want it said.
5. Tap Save.

This saves straight away — it isn't part of the reasons you're editing on the rest of the screen.

Juney says your greeting exactly as written at the very start of every call, before anything else.
