What callers hear
A walk through a Juney call from your caller's side, so you know exactly how your business sounds.
1The greeting
Juney picks up and says your greeting, word for word, in the voice you picked. For example: "Hi, you've reached Smith Plumbing, this is Juney. How can I help?"
2The conversation
The caller explains why they're calling, and Juney handles it:
- Questions: she answers from your Common questions, Services & pricing and Hours. She only quotes prices you've listed. With no price, she says you'll confirm it.
- Your scenarios: if what they say matches a scenario, she follows it. She asks the questions you set, says what you told her to say, and puts them through, texts them a link, books or changes a job, or takes a message.
- Anything else: she takes a message with their name, number and what they need.
She speaks naturally. If you've turned on Remember callers, she picks up where the caller's last call with her left off.
3The goodbye
She says your closing line. Depending on your Ending the call setting, she either hangs up once the call is done or waits for the caller to hang up.
When Juney takes a voicemail
If your Who answers setting sends the call to voicemail, the caller hears something different:
- Your voicemail greeting, for example: "Hi, you've reached Smith Plumbing. We can't take your call right now — leave your name, number and what you need, and we'll get back to you."
- Juney asks for their name, a callback number (and repeats it back) and what they need, one question at a time.
- She closes with: "Thanks, I've passed that on to Smith Plumbing — they'll be in touch."
During a voicemail, she doesn't book, quote prices, put anyone through or text links.
