Call Juney yourself
Talk to Juney as if you were a customer, to hear exactly how she handles your calls.
Test Juney any time with a real call from inside the app. There's no limit on how many times you can call her.
- Open the Juney tab. Before your line is switched on, you can also use Call her yourself on the Home tab.
- Tap Call her yourself.
- Tap the green call button.
During setup
Setup has the same call, called Demo call. It's limited to 3 calls, and you'll see how many you have left (for example "2 of 3 demo calls left"). When they're used up, the button greys out and you'll see "You've used your demo calls". Carry on with setup. After setup, you can call Juney from the Juney tab as often as you like.
You're now on a live call with Juney, exactly as a customer would hear her, with your greeting, voice, prices and answers. While you talk, you'll see a live transcript. You can mute, and switch your audio between speaker, earpiece, and any connected Bluetooth or wired device.
Juney needs microphone access for test calls.
- First time you're asked, allow it. If you say no, you'll see "Microphone access is needed to try the demo call."
- If you've already permanently denied it, Juney shows an Open Settings button — turn on Microphone for Juney there and try again.
Your test calls don't appear in the Calls tab, because they aren't real customer calls.
What to try
- Ask your prices
- Ask a question from your common questions list
- Try to book a job, if your calendar is connected
Test calls always get Juney's full answer, even outside your hours. To hear your voicemail greeting instead, use Hear it on the Voicemail greeting screen.
Good to know
- "Set up your line before testing a call." — finish setting up your line first, so Juney has something to answer on.
- "Could not connect to the demo call. Try again." — check your connection and try again.
