Use Juney on a new iPhone

Move to a new iPhone without losing anything.

Everything about Juney is saved to your account, not your phone. That includes your settings, scenarios, calls and calendar connection.

  1. Download Juney from the App Store on your new iPhone.
  2. Open it and tap I already have an account.
  3. Sign in the same way you signed up: Apple, Google or email.
  4. When asked, allow notifications so you get call notes.

Your forwarding

Call forwarding belongs to your phone number and carrier, not the app. If you move the same number and SIM to your new iPhone, forwarding keeps working, and Juney keeps answering the whole time.

If you're changing your number or carrier at the same time, set up forwarding again. See Change your carrier.

Your old phone

Logging out of your old phone doesn't stop Juney answering. Log out there if someone else will use it (Settings → Log out).
