What is Juney?

Juney answers the phone for your business. When someone rings your business number, Juney picks up. She answers their questions, takes their details and books the job into your calendar if you've connected one. After every call, she writes you a note.

How it works

• You keep your number. You switch on call forwarding with your phone carrier, so calls to your business number go to Juney. Nothing changes for your customers — they ring the number they always have.
• She learns your business. Give Juney your website and she reads it, picking up your business name, services, prices, hours and common questions. You can change anything she learned.
• You stay in control. Choose when she answers, what she says, who she puts through to you and which numbers she never answers.
• You see every call. Each call comes with a summary and a transcript, and a recording where one was made.

What Juney can do on a call

• Greet callers with your own greeting
• Answer questions about your services, prices and hours
• Take a message with the caller's number and what they need

• Text the caller a booking link while they're still on the call
