Sign in and log out
How to sign in to Juney, and exactly what does and doesn't happen when you log out.
Sign in
Open Juney and tap I already have an account, then use the same method you signed up with: Continue with Apple, Continue with Google or Continue with email.
If you use email, enter your email and password on the sign-in screen. Forgotten it? Type your email, then tap Forgot your password? — this only becomes available once you've entered an email address. Juney sends a real reset link to that address.
Log out
- Go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Log out.
You'll see a sheet titled Juney keeps answering — "Logging out doesn't switch forwarding off." Below that, a box headed "Want your calls back?" shows the exact steps to switch forwarding off first if you want them (the same instructions as Take a break from Juney). Then tap Log out to confirm, or Cancel to back out.
What happens next
Logging out unregisters this phone for notifications, signs you out and returns you to the welcome screen. Forwarding is never touched by logging out — Juney keeps answering your business calls until you switch forwarding off yourself, whether or not you're signed in.
