Switch forwarding off by hand
The carrier codes to switch call forwarding off yourself, if you ever need them outside the app.
On an iPhone, the easiest way is Settings → Apps → Phone → Call Forwarding, then turn it off. If your iPhone doesn't show a Call Forwarding setting (this happens on some US carriers), dial your carrier's off code below from your Phone app instead.

Good to know
- Dial the code from the phone with your business number on it — your carrier only accepts forwarding changes from the line being forwarded.
- Wait for the Call Forwarding toggle to actually flip off before you leave Settings.
