Change your carrier

Update your carrier in Juney if you've switched phone providers, and redo the forwarding steps for the new one.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under Your line, tap Forwarding.
  3. Tap Carrier — the description reads "your current carrier — change it and we'll update your steps."
  4. Pick your new carrier from the list.
  5. Follow the steps shown for your phone with the new carrier, exactly like the first time you switched your line on (see Switch your line on).

What happens next

Once you've followed the steps, Juney automatically runs the same real check Test your line uses, to confirm calls are now forwarding correctly through the new carrier.

Good to know

  • Changing carrier here doesn't affect your carrier account — it only changes which steps and codes Juney shows you.
  • Do this as soon as you switch providers. Until you update it, Juney may show you the wrong carrier's steps if you ever need to switch forwarding off or back on by hand.
