Does call forwarding cost anything?
Check with your carrier. Some plans charge for forwarded calls.
Call forwarding is a feature of your phone plan, run by your carrier. Juney doesn't control it or set its price.
When forwarding is on, your carrier sends each call to your Juney number. Many plans include forwarding to a local number at no extra cost. Some plans charge for each forwarded call, or count forwarded minutes against your allowance, and prepaid plans often can't forward at all.
Your Juney number is a local number in your own country. Charges can still vary by carrier and plan, so check before you switch forwarding on:
- Look up "call forwarding" in your carrier's app or on its website, or
- Call your carrier and ask: "Does my plan charge for forwarding calls to a local mobile or landline number?"
