Get help from a real person, or find the help docs, from inside the app.
- Go to Settings, then under Account tap Help & support.
- You'll see We're here — "A human replies in minutes during business hours." — with two buttons:
- Email us opens your phone's mail app, pre-addressed to support@juney.ai. If it can't open your mail app, you'll see "Couldn't open Mail. Email support@juney.ai directly." — email that address yourself instead.
- Help docs opens these help pages in the app. If they can't load, you'll see "Couldn't open the help docs. Try again."
The same help sheet also opens from the help button on the Home tab, and from a few other "Something else?" links around the app, such as the calendar connection screen.
