Find your Juney number

Where to see the number your calls are forwarded to.

Your Juney number is the number your business line forwards calls to. It isn't your business number. Your customers never see or ring it.

You'll need it if you set up forwarding again by hand, for example after changing carrier.

To see it:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under Your line, tap Carrier.
  3. Choose your carrier, tap Continue, then tap Continue again.
  4. Your Juney number is on the next screen, with Copy number.

It also shows when you switch forwarding back on after a break (Settings → Your line → Forwarding → Just need a break?).

If you use a VoIP service, or a carrier that doesn't support forwarding codes, Juney shows instructions instead of a number. Contact us at support@juney.ai if you need it.
