Tips for a great first week

Five things worth doing before Juney takes her first real call.

  1. Call her yourself first. Open the Juney tab and tap Call her yourself. Ask the same things a real customer would — your prices, your hours, "can you fit me in this week?" — and listen to how she handles it.
  2. Check what she learned. Go through Services & pricing and Common questions line by line. If she read your website during setup, she may already have added answers — check anything about fees and the areas you cover especially closely, since those are what customers push back on most.
  3. Set up your real reasons. In Why they're calling, add the kinds of calls you actually get. For example, an "Emergency" reason that puts callers straight through to you, or an "Existing customer" reason that always takes a message with a callback number.
  4. Read your first real notes. Once calls start coming in, open each one in Calls and read the transcript, not just the summary. If she got something wrong or missed a question, go fix it in Common questions or Services & pricing straight away.
  5. Set your hours and time zone. Under Hours and Settings → Time zone, so voicemail and bookings switch on and off at the right times from day one.
