Tips for booking jobs
Get Juney booking the right jobs, at the right times, without double-booking you.
- Keep your calendar honest. Juney only offers times that show as free in your connected Google Calendar — block out time off, personal appointments and jobs you've booked some other way, or she'll offer them anyway.
- Set a booking length that fits. Under How long she books for, pick 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, or type your own length between 15 and 240 minutes — choose whatever most of your jobs actually take.
- Leave "Checks when you're free" switched on. Turning it off while Books/Moves/Cancels a job is on removes the one thing stopping her double-booking you — the screen warns you if you do this.
- Only the reasons you want get booked. A reason only produces a real booking once you've added Books a job (or Changes their booking) to it. Everything else — even a call about scheduling — becomes a message instead, so check your reasons match what you actually want booked.
- Block your closed hours in your calendar too. Hours in the Juney tab controls when she answers versus takes a voicemail, but booking availability comes entirely from what your calendar shows as free — block out the hours you don't work so she doesn't offer them.
