Set your voicemail greeting

1. Open the Juney tab.
2. Under Voicemail & after hours, tap Voicemail greeting.
3. Type what Juney says. She reads it in her own voice.
4. Tap Hear it to listen — it plays back in her real voice, so you hear exactly what a caller would.
5. Tap Save.

If you don't set your own line, Juney says: "Hi, you've reached your business. We can't take your call right now — leave your name, number and what you need, and we'll get back to you."

This is the very first thing said on a call that's answered as voicemail — it replaces her normal greeting entirely for that call.

Error messages

• "Give her a line to say" — shown if you tap Hear it or Save with an empty field.
• "Couldn't play it. Try again." — the preview failed to play.
• "Couldn't save the greeting. Try again." — the save failed.
• "Pick her voice first" — choose a voice (Juney tab → Voice), then try again.
