Leave some callers to you

Add someone to Excluded contacts and Juney never answers their calls. What happens instead depends on Ringing mode:

• Ring me first: their calls ring you in the Juney app for about 15 seconds, like every call. Miss one and it goes to your voicemail.
• Straight to Juney: their calls go straight to your voicemail.

Voicemail here is Juney's: your voicemail greeting, a tone, then their message, written out in Calls.

Add someone

1. Open the Juney tab.
2. Under When she answers, tap Excluded contacts.
3. Tap Add from contacts and pick someone, or under Or type a number, pick the country code, type the number and tap the add button.
4. Tap Save. You'll see "Excluded contacts saved".

To take someone off the list, tap the remove icon next to them and save. A toast lets you tap Undo straight after.

Good to know

• A number can't be blocked and excluded at once. Adding a blocked number here moves it off your blocked list (you'll see "Moved from blocked numbers. Save to keep it"), and blocking an excluded number moves it the other way.
• You may already have added people during setup.
• "That doesn't look like a phone number" or "Type the number first": check the number you typed.
