Block a number

1. Go to Settings.
2. Under Calls, tap Spam & telemarketers.
3. Under Numbers she never answers, either:
   • Tap Add from contacts and pick someone from your phone's contacts, or
   • Tap the country code chip next to the number field to pick the right country, type the number, then tap the add button.

Numbers are added straight away — there's no separate save step.

Adding from contacts

Tap Add from contacts to open your iPhone's contact picker. No extra permission is needed.

If the contact you pick has no phone number saved, you'll see "Their name has no phone number saved." and nothing is added.

Remove a number

Tap the delete icon next to a number in the list. You'll see "Number unblocked" with an Undo option for a few seconds — tap it to add the number straight back.

What happens when a blocked number calls

Juney doesn't answer. The caller just hears it ringing until they hang up. No message is taken, you aren't notified, and the call isn't listed with your other calls in the Calls tab.

See blocked calls

On the same screen, under What she turned away, tap Blocked calls to see every call from a blocked number, grouped by day. The row shows how many came in today, for example "2 today". If there are none yet, you'll see "No blocked calls yet — when a number on your list rings, it's listed here."

Block someone from a call

You can also block a caller straight from their call. In Calls, open the call, tap ⋯ at the top right, then Block caller.

Good to know

• Typing nothing and tapping add shows "Type the number first."
• If adding or removing a number fails (for example, no connection), you'll see "Couldn't block that number. Try again." or "Couldn't remove that. Try again."
• Adding a number that's already on the list doesn't create a duplicate.
