Read a call

In the Calls tab, tap a call. At the top you'll see who called, when, how long the call lasted, and a short result tag. If the call was flagged urgent or came from an unknown caller, a note explains why — for an unknown caller, the number shown is the one she asked for and read back, since there was no caller ID to read from the network.

Summary

The Summary tab shows whether the call needs you — either "Nothing — there's no follow-up owed on this one." or a note on what to do — followed by Call back, which rings the caller from your own phone. Underneath, How it went can show how the caller sounded (positive, neutral or negative), if Juney was able to judge it. It's often empty.

Transcript

The Transcript · N tab shows everything that was said, with timestamps for each turn. Use Search this call to jump to a word or phrase. If there's nothing recorded, you'll see "No transcript for this call."; if your search finds nothing, "Nothing in this call says that."

Recording

If the call was recorded, a player sits pinned above the tabs. Tap it to play or pause. There's no player at all if the call wasn't recorded.

• "No recording for this call" — there's nothing to play.
• "Couldn't load the recording. Try again." — it failed to load.

Calls are only recorded if you've turned on Record calls. See Record your calls. There's no recording or transcript at all when HIPAA mode is on. See Don't keep transcripts or recordings.

Block this caller

To stop Juney answering this number, tap ⋯ at the top right, then Block caller. You'll see "Blocked — she won't answer them again", with Undo. For a number you've already blocked, the same menu shows Unblock caller. The menu doesn't appear if the caller withheld their number, because there's nothing to block.
