Change who answers right now
Override your schedule for a while, for example when you close early.
- On the Home tab, tap Change who answers.
- Choose one:
- Juney answers — she answers every call, whatever your schedule says.
- Voicemail — every caller gets voicemail.
- Follow my schedule — go back to your normal Who answers setting.
- Tap Save.
Whichever you pick stays in place — beating your normal schedule — until you come back and choose Follow my schedule again.
