Your Home screen
See whether Juney is answering, today's figures and your daily recap.
The Home tab greets you by name and shows today's date at the top, with a help button if you need it.
Your line status
- Not switched on yet: an amber dot, "Your line isn't on yet", and "About a minute. Your number never changes." Tap Switch my line on to get started.
- Live: a green pulsing dot, "Juney is answering", a note on how many calls she's handled today, and a View Juney chip that opens the Juney tab. Underneath, a Change who answers row lets you override your schedule for now — see Change who answers right now.
Today's figures
A card shows Calls answered — how many calls she's taken today, pulled straight from your call log.
Daily recap
Tap Daily recap for a summary of today's calls.
Before you're live
Until your line is switched on, Home shows a Call her yourself row under "Try her first" instead of the figures — the same test call as the Juney tab's Call her yourself.
Pull down on the screen to refresh everything.
