Ring your phone first

Juney doesn't have to replace you on the phone. In Ringing mode, choose Ring me first, and the Juney app rings your phone first, like a WhatsApp call, for about 15 seconds. It does this for every call, including calls your Answering schedule sends to voicemail and calls from your Excluded contacts:

• Answer it, and you're talking to the caller yourself. Juney stays out of the call, and the call doesn't use your minutes.
• Decline it, or let it ring out, and Juney answers. If it's a voicemail call or an excluded contact, it goes to your voicemail instead.

If you'd rather your phone didn't ring, choose Straight to Juney (Recommended). Nothing rings: Juney answers the moment the call comes in, or it goes straight to voicemail. Choose it too if you don't want calls waking you at night.

Turn it on

1. Open the Juney tab.
2. Under When she answers, tap Ringing mode.
3. Choose Ring me first and tap Save. You'll see "The app rings you first". To go back, choose Straight to Juney.

Good to know

• The call rings through the Juney app, so stay signed in to Juney on your phone. If you're signed out, Juney answers straight away.
• Your calls are still forwarded to Juney, so your number and forwarding don't change. The ringing happens in the app.
• People on your Excluded contacts list never reach Juney. If you miss their call, it goes to your voicemail. See Leave some callers to you.
