What she can do
Choose where your call notes go
Get Juney's note after every call by push, email or text, and choose whether the caller gets a text too.
Juney writes a note after every call either way — this only chooses where it goes. Nothing changes until you save.
- Open the Juney tab.
- Under What she can do, tap After every call.
- Under Where your copy goes, turn on what you want:
- Push note to this phone — free; tap the notification and the call opens in the app.
- Email you the summary — turn it on and a Send it to field appears for the address.
The email includes Juney's Call summary; Call details (date and time, who called, the number they called and how long the call lasted); and What she took down, meaning the reason for the call and anything she asked or answered. It ends with the call's ID.
- Text you the summary — turn it on and a Text it to field appears, with a country code picker.
- Under What the caller gets, turn Text the caller a follow-up on or off.
- Tap Save.
What each text says
- Your text opens with your business name and the caller's number, then the summary underneath a "Here's the summary:" heading. If you're a US number, a short line is added at the end naming who the message is sent through; other countries don't get this line.
- The caller's follow-up text opens with "Thank you for contacting your business", then the summary underneath a "Call Summary:" heading.
Both texts only send for calls where the caller actually spoke — a call that never got going (for example a blocked number) doesn't trigger either one.
Error messages
- "Add the email address first" — Email you the summary is on but the address field is empty or not a valid email.
- "Add the mobile number first" — Text you the summary is on but the number is missing or too short.
