When she answers

Teach Juney what counts as spam

Tell Juney which kinds of calls are spam for your business, and which never are.

Last updated

Every business gets different calls. A rep selling timber is spam to a hair salon and a supplier to a builder. What counts as spam has two lists:

  • Spam: kinds of calls she should be wary of. She still checks with the caller before she hangs up. A line on this list never ends a call by itself.
  • Not spam: kinds of calls she never hangs up on.

Add a kind of call

  1. Open the Juney tab.
  2. Under When she answers, tap Spam detection. Smart spam detection needs to be on.
  3. Tap What counts as spam.
  4. Tap Add to Spam or Add to Not spam.
  5. Under Kind of call, describe it, like "Phone plan sellers" or "Our timber supplier", and tap Add.

She reads each line by its meaning, not word for word, so "Phone plan sellers" covers any company selling phone plans, however they put it. Each line can be up to 60 characters. Each list keeps your 10 newest lines.

When you answer a call under Help her learn, or mark one Not spam or Mark as spam, she can add that kind of call to these lists for you.

To remove a line, tap the remove icon next to it. You'll see "Example removed", with Undo.

Good to know

  • With HIPAA mode on, the two lists aren't kept.
