I'm getting calls I don't want

Block the number

1. Go to Settings.
2. Under Calls, tap Spam & telemarketers.
3. Under Numbers she never answers, tap Add from contacts, or type the number with its country code.

Juney won't answer blocked numbers. The caller just hears it ringing until they hang up, and you aren't notified.

To block someone who just rang, open the call in Calls, tap ⋯ at the top right, then Block caller. This isn't offered if they withheld their number.

To see calls Juney turned away, go to Settings → Spam & telemarketers → Blocked calls.

Handle sales calls with a scenario

For suppliers and salespeople who ring from different numbers, set up a scenario so Juney deals with them quickly:

• Name: Sales call
• When they say something like: "I'm calling from…", "We supply…", "Can I speak to the owner about…"
• Tells them: "Thanks, I'll pass your details on and someone will be in touch if they're interested."

She still takes their details as a message. See Set up a scenario.
