A call or note is missing
What to do if a call, summary or text doesn't show up where you expect it.
Older calls
The Calls tab shows your 50 most recent calls. If you're looking for something further back, it won't be listed yet.
Test calls don't appear
Calls you make yourself with Call her yourself, and the line checks Juney runs when testing your forwarding, aren't real customer calls — they're deliberately left out of the Calls tab.
Calls from blocked numbers are listed separately
Juney doesn't answer calls from numbers on your blocked list, so no message is taken and you aren't notified. They aren't in the Calls tab. You'll find them under Settings → Spam & telemarketers → Blocked calls. See Block a number.
Pull to refresh
The Calls and Home tabs don't update themselves while you're looking at them — pull down to refresh and check again.
No email or text summary arrived
- Open the Juney tab → under What she can do, tap After every call.
- Check Email you the summary or Text you the summary is switched on.
- Check the email address or mobile number is right — an empty destination stops the setting saving at all.
Text summaries, and the caller's follow-up text, are only sent for calls where the caller actually spoke. A call that connected but had no real conversation — the caller hung up immediately, for example — won't generate a text.
