Callers say Juney is hard to understand

Slow her down

1. Open the Juney tab.
2. Under How she sounds, tap Speaking speed.
3. Drag the slider towards Slower. Normal is 1.0×, and the slowest is 0.7×.
4. Tap Save.

Try a different voice

Some voices suit phone calls better than others, and some callers find a familiar accent easier. Under How she sounds, tap Voice, filter by accent, play a few samples, then tap Save.

Fix words she says wrong

If she mispronounces your business name, a suburb or a product, teach her. Under What she knows, tap Pronunciation → Teach her a word, and type how the word sounds.

Shorten what she says

Long greetings and answers are hard to follow on the phone. Keep your greeting to one or two sentences, and keep each answer in Common questions short. See Write answers Juney can say well.

After each change, make a test call and listen. See Call Juney yourself.
