Juney hung up on a caller, or the call cut off
Why a call ended sooner than expected, and what to change.
Start by opening the call in the Calls tab. Read the end of the Transcript to see who ended it and what was said last.
She ended the call herself
If She ends the call herself is on, Juney hangs up once she thinks the call is done. If she's hanging up too early:
- Open the Juney tab → Why they're calling.
- Under She wraps up, tap Ending the call.
- Under Scenario, in your own words, describe exactly when she should hang up. For example: "Only hang up after the caller has said goodbye and has no more questions."
- Or turn She ends the call herself off, so she always waits for the caller to hang up.
- Tap Save.
She was taking a voicemail
When Juney takes a voicemail, she ends the call after she's taken the caller's details and said her closing line. That's expected. If the call shouldn't have gone to voicemail, see Juney answers at the wrong times.
She put the caller through
After Juney puts a caller through, she leaves the call. If the number she transferred to didn't answer, the caller may have been cut off or sent to that phone's voicemail. See Juney didn't put a caller through.
The caller went quiet
If nobody speaks for about 10 seconds, Juney checks the caller is still there. If there's still silence about 10 seconds later, she ends the call. This usually happens on a bad line, or when a caller puts the phone down.
The call reached 30 minutes
Calls end automatically after 30 minutes.
The caller's line dropped
If the transcript just stops mid-sentence, the caller probably lost signal or hung up. There's nothing to change in Juney.
