Emergencies

You decide what’s urgent.
The opening-day glass still reaches you.

Tell Juney which words mean a call can’t wait, like “opening tomorrow”. She asks your questions, rings the number you choose, says who’s calling and connects them.

Puts them through to you

  • Shop opening tomorrow morning
  • Listing photos first thing
  • Crew turned away at a building
  • Pane cracked on today’s visit

What she does

What Juney does
for window cleaners.

  • Opening-day glass reaches you

“Opening tomorrow” or “listing photos”? She asks your questions, like when the glass must be done, then puts them through.

  • Windows, stories and screens, written up

How many windows and stories, inside, outside or both, and any screens or storm windows, with the name, number and address.

  • First cleans booked, rain days moved

She books first cleans and storefront quotes into your Google Calendar, and moves them when a customer calls about rain.

  • Per-window prices, as you set them

Add per-window prices downstairs and upstairs, your minimum and extras like screens. She doesn’t count windows or total a job.

You tell her. Rush calls are rare on a round, so add a scenario with those callers’ words, like “opening tomorrow” or “listing photos”, and a number to ring: a second phone, not the one forwarded to Juney. She tells whoever answers who’s calling, then connects them. Nobody answers in 20 seconds? She takes a message.

If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.

Just the bookings she made. If a customer she booked calls for another day, she moves it in your Google Calendar. Visits you booked yourself stay put: she takes a message. She doesn’t check the forecast or call customers.

Juney isn’t free, but you can try it for 7 days with 50 answering minutes, then it’s $49 USD a month. It works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.

Juney costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year paid upfront. All prices are in US dollars. Annual gets you 2 months free: twelve months for the price of 10. Both plans include 150 minutes each month, about 75 calls depending on call length, and the same features. Extra minutes are top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, and top-up minutes don’t expire. You start with a 7-day free trial that includes 50 answering minutes.

Yes. Keep your current number and provider, and forward your calls to Juney. Nothing is ported or moved. Setup varies by carrier, and the app shows you the steps for yours.
