Emergencies

You decide what’s urgent.
The pour-day call still reaches you.

Tell Juney which words mean a call can’t wait, like “it’s raining here”. She asks your questions, rings the number you choose, says who’s calling and connects them.

Puts them through to you

  • Rain before a booked pour
  • The ready-mix truck at the site
  • Someone driving on fresh concrete
  • Forms knocked over before a pour

Waits as a message

  • Sealing last year’s driveway
  • A question about a hairline crack
  • Stamped pattern and color samples

Want the 5:45 AM and 8:10 PM calls handled? Keep Juney answering around the clock. If she only answers in business hours, callers get your voicemail.

You can still answer the call.

A builder ringing about next week’s footings hears you when your gloves are off.

A customer calls.
Your phone rings first. Miss it for 15 seconds and Juney answers.

Pick up whenever you can. She only gets the ones you miss.

Ring me first is on.

What she does

What Juney does
for concrete contractors.

  • Quote visits booked around your pours

She books visits to measure driveways, patios and slabs into a free slot in your Google Calendar.

  • Pour-day calls reach you

“It’s raining here” or “the truck’s here”? She asks your questions, like when the pour is booked, then puts them through.

  • The slab, written up

Rough size, whether old concrete comes out and when they want it poured, plus name, number and address.

  • Square-foot rates, as you set them

Add your square-foot range for driveways and patios, plus your minimum job, and she tells callers. She won’t price a job herself.

You tell her. Add a scenario with the words clients use, like “it’s raining here” or “the truck’s here”, and a second phone to ring, not the one you forward to Juney. She tells whoever answers who’s calling, then connects them. If nobody takes it within 20 seconds, she takes a message. She doesn’t cancel pours or advise on curing.

If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.

Only if you add your rates. Put in a per-square-foot range for driveways and patios, your minimum job and whether quotes are free. She doesn’t measure or estimate a job: she says you’ll confirm, or books a visit to measure.

Juney isn’t free, but you can try it for 7 days with 50 answering minutes, then it’s $49 USD a month. It works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.

Juney costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year paid upfront. All prices are in US dollars. Annual gets you 2 months free: twelve months for the price of 10. Both plans include 150 minutes each month, about 75 calls depending on call length, and the same features. Extra minutes are top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, and top-up minutes don’t expire. You start with a 7-day free trial that includes 50 answering minutes.

Yes. Keep your current number and provider, and forward your calls to Juney. Nothing is ported or moved. Setup varies by carrier, and the app shows you the steps for yours.
