What she does

What Juney does
for fence companies.

  • Downed fences reach you

“Fence is down” or “gate won’t close”? She asks your questions, like whether animals are loose, then puts the caller through.

  • Run, material and gates, written up

Roughly how many feet, which material, how many gates, plus the name, number and address, in a summary on your phone.

  • Measure visits booked around your installs

She books measure visits for new fences and gates into a free slot in your Google Calendar.

  • Per-foot prices, as you set them

Add per-foot ranges by material and what a gate adds. She doesn’t measure, price a job or guess property lines.

You tell her. Add an urgent scenario with your callers’ words, like “fence is down” or “gate won’t close”, and a number to ring: a second phone, not the one forwarded to Juney. She tells whoever answers who’s calling, then connects them. Nobody answers in 20 seconds? She takes a message. She only gives safety advice you write in.

If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.

If you add it. Give her your per-foot range for each material, what a gate adds and whether you pull the permit. She doesn’t measure, price a job or guess property lines: she books the measure visit.

Juney isn’t free, but you can try it for 7 days with 50 answering minutes, then it’s $49 USD a month. It works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.

Juney costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year paid upfront. All prices are in US dollars. Annual gets you 2 months free: twelve months for the price of 10. Both plans include 150 minutes each month, about 75 calls depending on call length, and the same features. Extra minutes are top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, and top-up minutes don’t expire. You start with a 7-day free trial that includes 50 answering minutes.

Yes. Keep your current number and provider, and forward your calls to Juney. Nothing is ported or moved. Setup varies by carrier, and the app shows you the steps for yours.
