Emergencies

You decide what’s urgent.
The burning inverter still reaches you.

Tell Juney which words mean a call can’t wait, like “burning smell”. She asks your questions, rings the number you choose, says who’s calling and connects them.

Puts them through to you

  • Burning smell from the inverter
  • Sparking at the inverter or a disconnect
  • Smoke from the panels
  • A panel torn loose in a storm

Waits as a message

  • Monitoring app gone offline
  • Pigeons nesting under the panels
  • A question about net metering

Want the 8:35 PM and 7:50 AM calls handled? Keep Juney answering around the clock, or callers get your voicemail outside business hours.

What she does

What Juney does
for solar installers.

  • Burning inverters reach you

“Burning smell” or “sparking”? She asks your questions, like whether they can see smoke or flames, then puts them through.

  • Fault calls, written up

For an error light or panels that stopped producing, she asks whether you installed the system and what the inverter display shows.

  • Site assessments booked around your installs

She books site assessments and battery consultations into a free slot in your Google Calendar, and the homeowner gets an invite.

  • Your prices and rebate notes

Add your service visit fee, cleaning price and how you handle incentive paperwork. She doesn’t size or price a system.

You tell her. Add an emergency scenario with your callers’ words, like “burning smell” or “sparking”, and a number to ring: a second phone, not the one forwarded to Juney. She tells whoever answers who’s calling, then connects them. Nobody answers in 20 seconds? She takes a message. She gives no safety advice, so add when to call emergency services.

If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.

Only what you add, like how you handle the paperwork. Incentives vary, so she doesn’t look up programs, say what a caller qualifies for, or size and price a system: she takes a message or books a site assessment.

Juney isn’t free, but you can try it for 7 days with 50 answering minutes, then it’s $49 USD a month. It works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.

Juney costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year paid upfront. All prices are in US dollars. Annual gets you 2 months free: twelve months for the price of 10. Both plans include 150 minutes each month, about 75 calls depending on call length, and the same features. Extra minutes are top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, and top-up minutes don’t expire. You start with a 7-day free trial that includes 50 answering minutes.

Yes. Keep your current number and provider, and forward your calls to Juney. Nothing is ported or moved. Setup varies by carrier, and the app shows you the steps for yours.
