Emergencies

You decide what’s urgent.
The car on the shoulder still reaches you.

Tell Juney the words that mean a call can’t wait, like “broken down”: she asks your questions, rings the number you choose, says who’s calling and connects them.

Puts them through to you

  • Broken down on the highway
  • Accident, car won’t drive
  • Slid into a ditch
  • Stranded on a back road at night

Waits as a message

  • Junk car pickup
  • Impound lot hours
  • Hauling a riding mower

Want the 11:50 PM and 7:30 PM calls handled? Keep Juney answering around the clock. If she only answers in business hours, callers get your voicemail.

You can still answer the call.

What she does

What Juney does
for towing companies.

  • Breakdowns reach you

“Broken down” or “accident”? She asks your questions, like whether they’re somewhere safe, off the road, then puts them through.

  • The car and pickup, written up

Where the car is and where it’s going, plus make, model and whether it rolls, in your summary.

  • Flatbed moves, booked ahead

She books scheduled tows, like a flatbed move to a body shop, into a free slot on your Google Calendar.

  • Your hook-up and mileage rates

She tells callers your hook-up fee, per-mile rate and any after-hours charge, but won’t add up a tow or price a winch-out.

You tell her. Add a scenario with your callers’ words, like “broken down” or “accident”, and the number to ring: whoever’s on call, not the one you forward to Juney. She tells whoever answers who’s calling, then connects them. No answer in 20 seconds? She takes a message. She gives no roadside safety advice of her own: write it in, like to call emergency services if anyone is hurt.

If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.

Yes for answering, no for dispatch. She puts breakdowns through to whoever’s on call and writes up the rest, but doesn’t assign drivers, track trucks or give arrival times. Motor club jobs stay in their apps.

Juney isn’t free, but you can try it for 7 days with 50 answering minutes, then it’s $49 USD a month. It works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.

Juney costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year paid upfront. All prices are in US dollars. Annual gets you 2 months free: twelve months for the price of 10. Both plans include 150 minutes each month, about 75 calls depending on call length, and the same features. Extra minutes are top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, and top-up minutes don’t expire. You start with a 7-day free trial that includes 50 answering minutes.

Yes. Keep your current number and provider, and forward your calls to Juney. Nothing is ported or moved. Setup varies by carrier, and the app shows you the steps for yours.
