What she does

What Juney does
for pest controllers.

  • Nests by the door reach you

“Hornets by the door” or “wasps in the house”? She asks if anyone’s allergic to stings, then puts them through.

  • The pest and place, written up

What they’re seeing, like droppings in the pantry or ants by the back door, with the name, number and address.

  • Same-day visits, booked around your route

She books them, plus bed bug inspections and the next quarterly service, into free slots on your Google Calendar.

  • Your inspection and plan prices

Add your inspection fee, one-time treatment and quarterly plan, and she tells callers. She won’t price bed bug or termite work herself.

You tell her. Add a scenario with the words callers use, like “hornets by the door” or “wasps in the house”. She rings a second phone or whoever’s on call, not the number forwarded to Juney, says who’s calling and connects them. No answer in 20 seconds? She takes a message. Safety advice comes only from your scenario.

If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.

Not on her own. She gives no safety or chemical advice and doesn’t guess. Add your own answer, like how long to keep pets off a treated area, and she tells callers. Otherwise she takes a message.

Juney isn’t free, but you can try it for 7 days with 50 answering minutes, then it’s $49 USD a month. It works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.

Juney costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year paid upfront. All prices are in US dollars. Annual gets you 2 months free: twelve months for the price of 10. Both plans include 150 minutes each month, about 75 calls depending on call length, and the same features. Extra minutes are top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, and top-up minutes don’t expire. You start with a 7-day free trial that includes 50 answering minutes.

Yes. Keep your current number and provider, and forward your calls to Juney. Nothing is ported or moved. Setup varies by carrier, and the app shows you the steps for yours.
