What she does

What Juney does
for locksmiths.

  • Lockouts reach you

Someone “locked out” or with “keys in the car”? She asks whether anyone’s locked inside, then puts them through.

  • Every lock job, written up

Which doors, how many locks or what car the key is for, plus the caller’s name, number and address.

  • Rekeys booked between lockouts

She books rekeys and lock changes into a free slot on your Google Calendar, and Google emails the caller an invite.

  • Your prices, up front

Add your service call fee, after-hours rate and fixed prices like a rekey, and she tells callers. She doesn’t price jobs herself.

You tell her. Add the words callers use, like “locked out” or “keys in the car”, to a lockout scenario. She rings a second phone or whoever’s on call, not the number forwarded to Juney, says who’s calling and connects them. No answer in 20 seconds? She takes a message. For a child or pet locked in a car, write in what she tells them, like to call emergency services.

If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.

No. She can’t check ID or ownership: that’s for you on arrival. Want callers told what to bring, like photo ID with the address or the car’s registration? Add it to your lockout scenario and she tells them.

Juney isn’t free, but you can try it for 7 days with 50 answering minutes, then it’s $49 USD a month. It works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.

Juney costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year paid upfront. All prices are in US dollars. Annual gets you 2 months free: twelve months for the price of 10. Both plans include 150 minutes each month, about 75 calls depending on call length, and the same features. Extra minutes are top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, and top-up minutes don’t expire. You start with a 7-day free trial that includes 50 answering minutes.

Yes. Keep your current number and provider, and forward your calls to Juney. Nothing is ported or moved. Setup varies by carrier, and the app shows you the steps for yours.
