Emergencies

You decide what’s urgent.
Paint on the floor still reaches you.

Most painting calls can wait. Tell Juney the words that mean one can’t: she asks your questions, rings the number you choose, says who’s calling and connects them.

Puts them through to you

  • Paint spilled on a floor
  • No crew at a booked start
  • A room needed back tonight
  • Overspray on a neighbor’s car

Waits as a message

  • The color you used last time
  • When spring exteriors start
  • Peeling on last year’s deck

Want the 6:40 PM and 8:30 PM calls handled? Keep Juney answering around the clock. If she only answers in business hours, callers get your voicemail.

What she does

What Juney does
for painting contractors.

  • Mid-job problems reach you

“Paint on the floor” or “nobody’s turned up”? She asks your questions, like whether the paint’s still wet, then puts them through.

  • Estimate visits in your calendar

She books estimate visits for interiors, exteriors and cabinets into a free slot on your Google Calendar.

  • The project, written up

Name, number, address and the job: which rooms, inside or out, and when they want it done.

  • Estimate policy, as you set it

Add whether estimates are free and prices like cabinet doors, and she tells callers. She won’t price a job herself.

You tell her: most painting calls can wait, so add a scenario with your clients’ words, like “paint on the floor” or “nobody’s turned up”, and the number to ring: a second phone, not the one you forward to Juney. She tells whoever answers who’s calling, then connects them. No answer in 20 seconds? She takes a message.

If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.

No. She doesn’t pick colors, sheens or products, or give paint advice. Add a color consultation with its price and she tells callers or books it. If a past client asks what color you used, she takes a message.

Juney isn’t free, but you can try it for 7 days with 50 answering minutes, then it’s $49 USD a month. It works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.

Juney costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year paid upfront. All prices are in US dollars. Annual gets you 2 months free: twelve months for the price of 10. Both plans include 150 minutes each month, about 75 calls depending on call length, and the same features. Extra minutes are top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, and top-up minutes don’t expire. You start with a 7-day free trial that includes 50 answering minutes.

Yes. Keep your current number and provider, and forward your calls to Juney. Nothing is ported or moved. Setup varies by carrier, and the app shows you the steps for yours.
