Emergencies

You decide what’s urgent.
The moving-day call still reaches you.

Tell Juney which words mean a call can’t wait, like “we’re moving today”. She asks your questions, rings the number you choose, says who’s calling and connects them.

Puts them through to you

  • Closing pushed with the truck loaded
  • Crew not there on moving day
  • Elevator booking about to run out
  • Nowhere to park the truck

Waits as a message

  • Whether you sell boxes
  • Storage between two leases
  • A receipt for an employer

Want the 9:05 PM and 7:30 AM calls handled? Keep Juney answering around the clock. If she only answers in business hours, callers get your voicemail.

What she does

What Juney does
for moving companies.

  • Moving-day problems reach you

“Closing’s been pushed” or “the crew isn’t here”? She asks your questions, like the name on the booking, then puts them through.

  • Rooms, stairs and dates, written up

Everything you need to quote: the move date, both addresses, rooms, stairs or elevator at each end, and any piano or safe.

  • Estimates booked around your moves

With Google Calendar connected, she books in-home and video estimates into a free slot, and the caller gets an invite.

  • Hourly rates, as you set them

Add your rate for two movers and a truck, your minimum hours and a piano price. She doesn’t estimate a move.

You tell her. Add a scenario with the words clients use, like “closing’s been pushed” or “the crew isn’t here”, and the number to ring: whoever’s on call, not the one you forward to Juney. She tells whoever answers who’s calling, then connects them. If nobody takes it within 20 seconds, she takes a message. Arrival times come from you.

If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.

Only your rates. Add your hourly rate for two movers and a truck, minimum hours, travel fee and fixed prices like an upright piano, and she tells callers. She doesn’t estimate hours: the total comes from you.

Juney isn’t free, but you can try it for 7 days with 50 answering minutes, then it’s $49 USD a month. It works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.

Juney costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year paid upfront. All prices are in US dollars. Annual gets you 2 months free: twelve months for the price of 10. Both plans include 150 minutes each month, about 75 calls depending on call length, and the same features. Extra minutes are top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, and top-up minutes don’t expire. You start with a 7-day free trial that includes 50 answering minutes.

Yes. Keep your current number and provider, and forward your calls to Juney. Nothing is ported or moved. Setup varies by carrier, and the app shows you the steps for yours.
