You tell her. Add a scenario with the words callers use, like “event tomorrow morning” or “the car’s locked”, and a second phone to ring, not the one you forward to Juney. She tells whoever answers who’s calling, then connects them. If nobody takes it within 20 seconds, she takes a message. For most detailers, that list is short.
