A sore ear after a groom still reaches you.

Tell Juney which words mean a call can’t wait, like “hurt after the groom”. She asks your questions, rings your chosen number, says who’s calling and connects them.

What she does

What Juney does
for mobile groomers.

  • After-groom worries reach you

For calls you’d stop a groom for, like “hurt after the groom”, she asks your questions, then puts them through.

  • Dog and driveway, written up

Name, number, address, the dog’s breed, size and coat, and where the van can park.

  • Grooms booked into your free slots

She books full grooms, baths and nail trims at the length you set, and can move her own bookings to another day.

  • Prices by breed and size

Add your prices the way you charge, by size or breed, plus extras like dematting. She doesn’t judge a coat herself.

You tell her. Add a scenario with the words clients use, like “hurt after the groom” or “wrong house”, and a second phone to ring, not the one you forward to Juney. She tells whoever answers who’s calling, then connects them. If nobody takes it within 20 seconds, she takes a message. Health advice comes only from your scenario.

If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.

Yes, if you add them: a full groom by size, a set doodle price and extras like dematting. She doesn’t judge a coat or price a matted dog herself, so she says you’ll confirm it.

Juney isn’t free, but you can try it for 7 days with 50 answering minutes, then it’s $49 USD a month. It works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.

Juney costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year paid upfront. All prices are in US dollars. Annual gets you 2 months free: twelve months for the price of 10. Both plans include 150 minutes each month, about 75 calls depending on call length, and the same features. Extra minutes are top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, and top-up minutes don’t expire. You start with a 7-day free trial that includes 50 answering minutes.

Yes. Keep your current number and provider, and forward your calls to Juney. Nothing is ported or moved. Setup varies by carrier, and the app shows you the steps for yours.
