Emergencies

You decide what’s urgent.
The stranded driver still reaches you.

Tell Juney the words that mean a call can’t wait, like “stranded”. She asks your questions, rings the number you choose, says who’s calling and connects them.

Puts them through to you

  • Stranded alone at night
  • Won’t start in a lot that’s closing
  • Stuck with kids in the car
  • Work van down mid-route

Waits as a message

  • Pre-purchase inspection
  • Squeaky belt on cold mornings
  • Worn wiper blades

Want the 9:40 PM and 6:45 AM calls handled? Keep Juney answering around the clock. If she only answers in business hours, callers get your voicemail.

What she does

What Juney does
for mobile mechanics.

  • Stranded drivers reach you

When a caller says “stranded” or “stuck here tonight”, she asks your questions, like whether they’re safe, then puts them through.

  • Year, make and model, written up

She notes where the car will be and what it’s doing, like clicking when the key turns or a warning light.

  • Driveway and office visits, booked

Visits at the caller’s home or workplace go into a free slot in your Google Calendar.

  • Your service call and diagnostic fees

Add your fees and fixed prices, like a battery fitted at home, and she tells callers. She doesn’t diagnose or price repairs.

You tell her. Add a scenario with the words callers use, like “stranded” or “stuck tonight”, and a second phone to ring, not the one you forward to Juney. She tells whoever answers who’s calling, then connects them. If nobody takes it within 20 seconds, she takes a message. She won’t send a tow: write safety advice into the scenario.

If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.

No. She doesn’t diagnose a fault, say if a car is safe to drive or suggest a fix. She notes what the caller describes, like a clicking noise, with the year, make and model, and can book a visit.

Juney isn’t free, but you can try it for 7 days with 50 answering minutes, then it’s $49 USD a month. It works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.

Juney costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year paid upfront. All prices are in US dollars. Annual gets you 2 months free: twelve months for the price of 10. Both plans include 150 minutes each month, about 75 calls depending on call length, and the same features. Extra minutes are top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, and top-up minutes don’t expire. You start with a 7-day free trial that includes 50 answering minutes.

Yes. Keep your current number and provider, and forward your calls to Juney. Nothing is ported or moved. Setup varies by carrier, and the app shows you the steps for yours.
