Dialzara Review 2026: Pricing, Plan Catches and Who It Suits

A Dialzara review for 2026: Dialzara pricing worked out at real call volumes, what each plan leaves out, what users say, and who this AI receptionist suits.

TL;DR

  • Dialzara is a web-dashboard AI receptionist from $29 a month for 60 minutes, then 48¢ a minute (as of October 2026).
  • The $29 plan has no calendar sync, warm transfers or Spanish. Those start on the $99 plan, so a business that books jobs pays $99.
  • At 75 two-minute calls a month, Dialzara is $72.20 without booking or $99 with it. Juney is $49.
  • It suits owners who want Outlook, Spanish or a ported number. It's weaker if you'd rather run it from a phone.

We haven't used Dialzara ourselves. This review is built from Dialzara's own pricing, FAQ, features and terms pages, a search of the App Store and Google Play, and its public reviews on Trustpilot, all checked on 22 October 2026. We've tried to give Dialzara credit where its own pages earn it.

How much does Dialzara cost in 2026?

As of October 2026, Dialzara has four self-serve plans from $29 to $349 a month, each with a pool of minutes and a per-minute rate past it, plus a managed "Done for You" service from $1,500 a month. There's a 7-day free trial, no setup fee and no contract.

PlanPrice a monthMinutes includedEach extra minuteWhat the plan adds
Business Lite$296048¢Message taking, blind transfers, Zapier and Make connections
Business Pro$9922045¢Warm transfers, Google or Outlook calendar sync, English and Spanish, after-hours rules
Business Plus$19950040¢Several agents or locations, unlimited knowledge uploads
Business Elite$3491,00035¢Dialzara writes your first prompt, priority support, API access
Done for YouFrom $1,500QuotedQuotedDialzara's team sets up and keeps tuning the agent

Every plan includes call recordings, a summary of each call by email or text, and a US number. Dialzara counts only live talk time, to the second, so a 90-second call uses 1.5 minutes. Annual pricing exists, but the page asks you to contact sales for it.

The extras are priced separately: an AI texting agent is $19 a month plus 5¢ an AI message, and a website chat widget is free with a voice plan for 100 sessions a month, then 15¢ a session. Outbound calling agents start at $750 a month. Source: Dialzara's pricing page, checked 22 October 2026.

What would Dialzara cost at your call volume?

At 30 two-minute calls a month Dialzara costs $29, at 75 calls $72.20, and at 150 calls $135, on the cheapest plan for each month. If you need calendar booking, the bill is $99 at 30 or 75 calls. These figures use October 2026 prices, before tax, phone number fees and carrier charges.

Calls a month (2 minutes each)Dialzara, cheapest planDialzara with calendar bookingJuney
30 (60 minutes)$29 (Lite)$99 (Pro)$49
75 (150 minutes)$72.20 (Lite plus 90 minutes at 48¢)$99 (Pro)$49
150 (300 minutes)$135 (Pro plus 80 minutes at 45¢)$135 (Pro)$89

How the less obvious ones work out:

  • 75 calls on Lite: $29 plus 90 extra minutes at 48¢. That's cheaper than moving to Pro, but Lite still can't book into a calendar.
  • 150 calls: Pro at $99 plus 80 minutes at 45¢ beats Lite ($144.20) and Plus ($199).
  • Juney at 150 calls: $49 plus two $20 top-ups of 100 minutes.

Dialzara wins at 30 calls if you don't need booking: $29 against Juney's $49. Once you need booking, or your calls pass about 50 a month, the order flips. The same method runs across ten services in AI answering service pricing compared.

What to do: take last month's call count and average length from your phone bill, then price the Dialzara plan that has the features you'd actually switch on.

What catches are in Dialzara's plans?

The main catch is that the $29 plan answers and takes messages but leaves out most of what a busy service business wants. As of October 2026, calendar sync, warm transfers, Spanish and after-hours rules all start at $99. The rest are smaller, but worth knowing before you sign up:

  • Running out of minutes sends callers to voicemail. Dialzara emails you when 15 minutes are left. Unless you've turned on auto-recharge or bought extra minutes, callers go straight to voicemail once the pool hits zero. Extra minutes you buy don't expire.
  • The phone number may cost extra. The plan list says every plan includes a US number, while the FAQ on the same page prices US and Canadian local numbers at $3 a month and toll-free at $5. Ask which applies before you budget.
  • Numbers outside the US are by request. UK, Australian and New Zealand numbers are "available upon request", and the FAQ puts Australian and New Zealand toll-free numbers at $20 to $50 a month.
  • No refunds. Dialzara's terms of use say it doesn't refund purchases, and plans renew monthly until you cancel in your account. Use the 7-day trial to decide.
  • Language details disagree. The pricing table lists English and Spanish from the $99 plan, while the FAQ and features pages list ten or more languages with automatic detection. Check which you get on your plan.

What to do: on the trial, switch on auto-recharge or set a reminder for the 15-minute email, and get the number price in writing.

What does Dialzara do well?

Dialzara does more than answer the phone, and several of its strengths are things Juney doesn't offer. As of October 2026, from its own pages:

  • A low entry price. $29 is among the lowest entry prices we've compared, and blind transfers are on every plan.
  • Fair minute counting. Billing to the second on live talk time means short calls cost what they last.
  • More calendars and channels. Pro books into Google or Outlook, and the same account can add a texting agent, a website chat widget and outbound calling.
  • Spam handling. Known robocallers are blocked automatically, and you can keep your own block and allow lists.
  • Number choices. You can forward your existing number, port it for free, or buy a new local or toll-free one.
  • Testing and templates. You can make test calls and mark a wrong answer to retrain it, and Dialzara offers starter prompts for more than 88 industries, including plumbers, HVAC and electricians.
  • Room to grow. Higher plans run several agents for different locations, and the Done for You tier hands the setup to Dialzara's staff.

Dialzara's help center lists guides for forwarding all calls or only missed calls. The missed-call route uses your carrier's conditional forwarding, so the carrier controls the wait; the guide warns that iPhone Live Voicemail can take the call first. We read the guide's text in search results in October 2026 because the page itself returned an error.

What to do: check your carrier's forwarding instructions and test the line after changing your voicemail settings.

Where does Dialzara fall short?

Dialzara's weak spots are the plan gates above, a setup that lives in a web dashboard, and a thin public record. For an owner who works from a van rather than a desk, the dashboard is the one that matters most.

  • No phone app. We searched the App Store and Google Play on 22 October 2026 and found no Dialzara app. Its site describes the product as running in a web browser, so setup, prompt edits and call review happen on a computer or a phone browser.
  • Setup is prompt-based. You edit a written prompt and example calls; Lite to Plus are "self-editable prompt" plans, and only Elite includes Dialzara writing your first prompt. That suits people comfortable writing instructions for an AI, and less so those who aren't.
  • Mixed setup-time claims. Its homepage says most businesses are live in about 15 minutes, its FAQ says under 30 minutes, and its features page says "live in under 3 days".
  • Few public reviews. Twenty Trustpilot reviews is a small sample for a product sold to many industries.

What to do: on the trial, change one answer (your call-out fee, say) the way you would on a job site, and see how long it takes from your phone.

What do Dialzara's customers say?

Public reviews are few but mostly positive. On 22 October 2026, Dialzara's Trustpilot page showed a TrustScore of 4.2 from 20 reviews: 19 five-star and one one-star. Trustpilot showed no recent history of Dialzara inviting reviews.

The five-star reviews, mostly from 2025 and 2026, praise easy setup, a natural-sounding voice and helpful support; one calls the interface "very intuitive and easy to navigate" (April 2025). The one-star review, from October 2026, is about support: "Trying to even get a response is really hard."

G2 and Capterra blocked our requests, so we haven't used them, and we found no Dialzara app with store ratings. Twenty reviews can't tell you how Dialzara handles your calls; the free trial can.

Who is Dialzara a good fit for?

Dialzara fits a business that wants a low-cost answering line with room to add texting, chat and outbound calling later. It also suits owners who book in Outlook, take Spanish-speaking calls, or want their number ported rather than forwarded. As of October 2026:

  • Low call volume, no booking needed: the $29 plan answers 30 two-minute calls for less than most rivals.
  • Outlook calendars or Spanish-speaking callers: both come with the $99 plan.
  • Several locations or departments: Plus and Elite run more than one agent.
  • You'd rather someone else set it up: Elite includes the first prompt, and Done for You keeps tuning it.

It's a weaker fit if you'll only ever touch it from your phone, if you need booking on a budget, or if you want a long record of public reviews before you commit.

When is Juney a better fit, and when isn't it?

Juney fits an owner-operator, especially in the trades, who wants calls answered, jobs booked into Google Calendar and urgent callers put through, all set up and run from a phone app. Dialzara fits better if you need Outlook, Spanish, texting or a ported number. The side-by-side detail is on Juney vs Dialzara.

As of October 2026, Juney is $49 a month, or $490 for a year paid upfront, with 150 minutes a month, then top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, which don't expire. Booking into Google Calendar and putting callers through come on that plan, and a 7-day free trial includes 50 answering minutes. There's no setup fee and no contract.

The differences that matter most:

  • Set up on the phone. Juney is an iPhone and Android app with no web dashboard. You link your website, check what Juney learned, hear it on a test call, set what happens for each kind of call, and follow the forwarding steps for your carrier.
  • You can answer in the app. Choose Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds. Answer it and the call uses none of your minutes; let it ring out and Juney answers.

Keep the Juney app signed in, allow notifications and use a data connection; if it can't be reached, Juney answers. Personal calls to that number are forwarded too, so add family or regular suppliers to Excluded contacts.

  • Its limits. Juney books into Google Calendar and no other calendar. It speaks English, with American, British or Australian voices, and works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada. It handles calls: it texts callers booking links and follow-ups, but customers' own texts still come to you. There's no automatic spam screening (you block numbers by hand) and no human backup.

Juney is built by Trillet, the voice AI platform trusted by over 4,000 businesses. Plans and the trial are on Juney's pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Dialzara charge for the phone number?

It may. Australian and New Zealand toll-free numbers are $20 to $50 a month. Ask which applies before you budget.

Does Dialzara have a free trial?

Yes. As of October 2026, Dialzara offers a 7-day free trial on its voice plans, with no setup fee and no contract. Its terms say it doesn't give refunds, so cancel inside the trial if it isn't right.

How does Dialzara count minutes?

By live talk time, to the second. Its pricing FAQ says only time connected to a caller counts and partial minutes aren't rounded up, so a 90-second call uses 1.5 minutes (October 2026). Extra minutes you buy don't expire.

What do Dialzara's add-ons cost?

As of October 2026, an AI texting agent is $19 a month plus 5¢ an AI message, a website chat widget is free with a voice plan for 100 sessions a month and then 15¢ a session, and outbound calling agents start at $750 a month. The managed Done for You service starts at $1,500 a month.
