What she does

What Juney does
for pool services.

  • Failed pumps reach you

When a caller says “pump’s stopped”, she asks your questions, like whether the pool is closed to swimmers, then puts them through.

  • What the pool’s doing, written up

Name, number, address and what the pool’s doing, like cloudy water or a heater that won’t light, sent to your phone.

  • Green pools booked around your route

Openings, closings and green pool visits go into a free slot in your Google Calendar, and the caller gets an invite.

  • Your weekly and seasonal prices

Add your weekly price and opening, closing and leak detection fees, and she tells callers. Repair prices come from you.

You tell her. Add a scenario with the words callers use, like “pump’s stopped” or “pool’s closed”, and the number to ring: whoever’s on call, not the one you forward to Juney. She tells whoever answers who’s calling, then connects them. If nobody takes it within 20 seconds, she takes a message. Chemical and safety advice comes only from you.

If you want it to. Set Ringing mode to Ring me first and the Juney app rings you for about 15 seconds before she answers. Stay signed in to the app: signed out, she answers straight away.

She can start them off. She tells callers your weekly price and the areas you cover, and books a first visit into your Google Calendar. She doesn’t set up repeat visits: you add them to your route from the summary.

Juney isn’t free, but you can try it for 7 days with 50 answering minutes, then it’s $49 USD a month. It works with business numbers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.

Juney costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year paid upfront. All prices are in US dollars. Annual gets you 2 months free: twelve months for the price of 10. Both plans include 150 minutes each month, about 75 calls depending on call length, and the same features. Extra minutes are top-ups of 100 minutes for $20, bought in the app, and top-up minutes don’t expire. You start with a 7-day free trial that includes 50 answering minutes.

Yes. Keep your current number and provider, and forward your calls to Juney. Nothing is ported or moved. Setup varies by carrier, and the app shows you the steps for yours.
